Packaging

Once the regeneration process is complete, the turbocharger is transferred to the packaging and dispatch department. Thanks to a carefully designed packaging scheme for turbochargers, we can fully protect your turbocharger from corrosion and any potential damage during transit.

To safeguard the turbocharger during transport, we use the STOROpack liquid foam system, which ensures you receive a damage-free product in careful and aesthetically pleasing packaging. We do not use cheap fillers. To fill the empty spaces in the packaging, we use foam that increases the volume by a factor of 280 compared to the volume of the liquid.

Furthermore, your turbocharger is protected against corrosion caused by the oxidation of the metal or the corrosive effects of compounds in the surrounding air. The turbocharger is packed in a protective sleeve that is impervious to both moisture and UV rays.

Our reconditioned turbochargers are packed in original MSMtechnic cartons, which have been specially designed for the transport of turbochargers. Their dimensions and perforations have been calculated to ensure that we can provide maximum protection for your turbocharger, together with the liquid foam, during transport.
