INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS AND EXTERNAL ORGANISATIONS REGARDING ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT – ISO 14001:2015
DEAR SIR OR MADAM
We would like to inform you that our company operates an Environmental Management System compliant with the ISO 14001:2015 standard, which requires adherence to several rules:
- Vehicles entering the site must be clean and in good working order (with no leaks).
- Vehicle engines must not be left running on the premises or in the surrounding area without a clear need to do so (when stationary).
- Hazardous materials and those with a negative impact on the environment (poisons, waste, oils) must not be brought onto the premises without the consent of authorised staff.
- Vehicles must not be cleaned or washed on the premises.
- Materials brought onto the site for repair work and waste generated during such work must be collected in the manner specified by MSM technic PAULINA SZPREJDA.
- Whilst carrying out maintenance work, the contractor is obliged to protect the adjacent area from contamination by waste and from waste being carried by the wind. Once the repair works have been completed, the adjacent area must be cleared, and the contractor is obliged to dispose of any waste generated during the works at their own expense in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- It is prohibited to discharge any liquids, particularly hazardous and oil-based substances (coolants, oils, fuels, solvents, etc.), onto the ground or into drainage grates.
- In the event of a spill involving a hazardous substance, please secure the nearest manholes and drains and immediately notify the MSM technic PAULINA SZPREJDA Customer Service Office.
Thank you for complying with the above rules.
